Our legacy continues…

Two Marines took Sacramento, California by storm and brought America’s Farm-to-Fork Capital an intriguing take on waffles.  Carrying on the camaraderie they gained in the Marine Corps, Chef Michael Donoho and Jeffery Belaski found themselves reunited outside of the barracks and into a  brick-and-mortar restaurant.  Their vision became a waffle-inspired menu where farm fresh ingredients come together with scratch kitchen recipes; and a place where food is thoughtfully complemented with natural ingredients, plated and served with quality services to make guests feel right at home.

All hands on deck now means all hands in the kitchen where savory ingredients such as house braised pork belly, house cured Canadian bacon and house smoked salmon set THE WAFFLE EXPERIENCE apart.  Our waffles, whether sweet or savory, are made from a yeast based dough rather than a batter.  The unique combinations of flavors have brought our guests a new and creative food experience unlike any other since July 31, 2014.

Our legacy continues!  We have added new locations in California and will continue to expand across America and internationally.  From the bottom of our hearts, our plates and our passion, thank you so much for joining us!
